Jan Stark belongs economically to the upper limit of the middle class. Both of her parents were college professors who invested wisely and were able to retire comfortably. Jan, no academic dummy, has advanced degrees from Ivy League schools. Jan’s parents have passed away and left her enough money so she does not have to work. Not having to work gives her a fairy tale perspective on life. She is exploring her interests: face readings, handwriting analysis and Telekinesis. She claims to have bent a spoon by using her mind. Jan believes we are in the midst of a paradigm shift, where harmonic tremors and earthly vibrations will shakedown greed and corruption so that the bad boys on Wall Street will forever perish. In the new age of Aquarius, greed and corruption will be a dim memory of our past. Human beings will become universally compassionate, ethical and cooperate together to build a new world order—Utopia
Do you think the essential nature of the human being will ever change? According to Machiavelli in The Prince, “Don’t think you can ever succeed by practicing an ‘ideal’. That is for fools.” Accept the ways of the world—the realities about human beings and then implement your plan accordingly.” Once you embrace what is real about being a human being and the inherent corruption that is a fact of life and hardwired in our humanity, then you can embrace what is good and noble about our humanity and aspire to be a better person, or in true Machiavellian terms, at least be perceived to be a better person.
